Full-service Catering

• Delivery of menu items agreed upon in advance

• Decorations of bouquets, pedestal stands, candles, lighting, etc. 

• Formal chafing dishes with chafers

• Included salad and dressings

• Service during event

• Cleanup after event

Mid-service Catering

• Delivery and drop-off of menu items agreed upon in advance

• Decorations of bouquets and candles, etc. that are left at the location 

• Set up of aluminum disposable chafing dishes, stands, and chafers

• Included salad and dressings

• Please note that there is no service during the event and there is no cleanup as a member of the staff will not remain on-site

• Responsibility of clean up and disposal of aluminum trays and leftover food items lies with you

Drop-off Catering

• Drop off of disposable aluminum trays (full trays and half tray sizes) with stands and chafers

• Set up of trays in stands and chafers to keep food heated

• Responsibility of clean up and disposal of aluminum trays and leftover food items lies with you

Drop-off Meal Planning

• Containers for meal plans dropped off in reusable, microwavable, dishwasher safe, & freezable containers

• Number of meal containers decided in advance 

• Suitable for corporate events for providing meals to each employee

• Suitable for participants or those needing meals in a corporate setting or old age home facility

• Suitable for meal distribution to those who can take the meals with them at the end in a sealed container without leakage or spilling of food items that may contain gravies or sauces
