Each of the types of water listed here have the main ingredient soaked in a glass or container of water overnight and then drank on an empty stomach the next day. For optimal results, you can wait 30 minutes to eat solid food. This allows for digestion of the water to begin and reach your bloodstream for health benefits before solid foods are digested.

Ingredients

Combine all of the ingredients in a juicer or blender. Peel the fruit first. 

  • Turmeric (reduces inflammation)

  • ​Pineapple (bromine enzymes target acne and puffiness)

  • Mango and carrots (loaded with beta-carotene) 

  • ​Oranges (citrus adds vitamin C to boost collagen and help fade dark spots on the skin)

  • Black pepper (helps absorb turmeric)

  • Coconut water (adds hydration and electrolytes
