ABOUT RHIA

Rhia has a dual-MBA. A background in marketing and her own cable TV set for her marketing and advertising consulting business led to opportunities with advertising the openings of corporate chain restaurants in several regions of the USA, and more business projects in Europe and Asia. She also worked on ads for Super Bowl games, featuring branded food products such as Doritos. She worked on Pepsi products and consulted for Lay's snack products on national and regional projects. She worked on Reality TV for cooking channel business projects on TLC, Cooking Channel, HGTV, The Food Network, and other channels for the start of careers for Celebrity Chefs in America, and with Jadoo for Pakistan and India, also with celebrity chefs. During college, she was invited to a Reality TV cooking show in India by Chef Sanjeev Kapoor, but was unable to miss college for travel. She worked on the launch of Jadoo cooking channels for an app featuring shows on cooking and other subjects in the international arena, while the channels highlighted several languages in Asia. Rhia's studies led her to travel the world and inspired her Mediterranean fusion menu. Food was inspiring to her in over 15 nations she toured in North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia. She is currently working on the release of her cookbooks and hopes to soon add that to her culinary achievements.
